Shipping & Returns Policy

 Please email admin@strikerrx.com if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you.  

 By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products. 


 **Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD does affect everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**  

All unopened products may be returned within 7-days of the delivery date for a full refund less any shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, UNOPENED, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us directly via email or phone to begin the return process. This must be done within 7 days of the delivery date.

 To return your product, you should mail to the return address on the initial order or contact us for the correct receiving facility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement, as it may take some time for your credit card company to post the refund.


We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping.  All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hrs of receipt of goods, by writing to admin@strikerrx.com.  Provide detailed information, including images for any product damaged during the shipping.
