About StrikerRx
The pharmacy behind the formulation.
StrikerRx is a Texas-licensed compounding pharmacy in Katy, Texas, operating under applicable section 503A requirements. We prepare patient-specific medications for healthcare providers who need formulations not available through commercial manufacturing: different doses, different delivery forms, allergen-free alternatives, or combinations that simply do not exist at retail scale.
We work with providers across a range of specialties, from primary care and weight loss clinics to hormone therapy, medical spas, and telemedicine. Every compound we prepare is tied to a specific patient, a specific prescription, and specific clinical needs.

What we compound
StrikerRx prepares sterile and non-sterile patient-specific compounded medications across the therapeutic categories below. Sterile preparations are compounded in accordance with USP <797>; nonsterile preparations are compounded in accordance with USP <795>.
StrikerRx dispenses compounded medications only pursuant to valid patient-specific prescriptions from licensed providers. If your provider has recommended a compounded medication, ask them to contact us or submit a prescription through their StrikerRx account.

Getting started with StrikerRx is straightforward. After connecting with our team, you'll receive guidance on the required provider and practice documentation needed for verification and onboarding. We strive to have new accounts active within 24 business hours once all required information is received.
Once your practice is approved, prescriptions can be submitted through e-prescribing or fax. Our team strives to respond to provider inquiries within one business day and will follow up if additional information is needed before a prescription moves into compounding and fulfillment. Your patient's medication is then shipped directly to them, with our team available to support your practice throughout the process.
